About Trevor Martin
As the founder, photographer, AI artist and creative director for Canmore HD Visual Media, Trevor Martin brings over 25 years of professional experience in photography and cinematography, including contributions to Oscar Award–winning film productions in Vancouver, British Columbia. A Canmore resident and business owner since 2004, Trevor’s career bridges luxury real estate, architectural design, and commercial visual storytelling with work produced throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
As a Transport Canada–certified drone pilot and proud member of the Professional Photographers of Canada, Trevor combines aerial artistry, cinematic vision, and deep industry expertise to create imagery and videography that embodies elegance, precision, and emotion.

Canmore HD Visual Media provides a number of packages designed to custom fit your marketing needs and requirements. Packages include important assets such as professional high resolution architectural photography, certified iGuide RMS measurements, professional 4k aerial videography or professional high resolution architectural aerial photographs, social media reels in stunning 4k resolution, professionally and skillfully produced 8k feature videography and much more.
How quickly will I receive my photography and media?
Efficiency doesn't come at the expense of professional editing and quality control. Gold packages and our Short Term Rental Packages are delivered the next business day so that there is no delay in getting your next real estate listing or short-term rental onto the market. 4K reels are edited and delivered within two (2) business days and feature property videos such as in our Platinum Marketing Package are delivered to our clientele within four (4) business days. Delivery of assets contained in our Diamond Marketing Packages, Designer Portfolio Packages as well as our Luxury Commercial Packages are subject to the project
scope and scale.
Do you photograph more than real estate listings?
Canmore HD Visual Media provides exceptional professional photography and digital media for all projects such as architectural designers and developers, architects, commercial spaces, real estate, short term rental properties and much, much more.
Do you provide professional floor plans and property measurements?
Canmore HD Visual Media provides certified Residential Measurement Standards (RMS) reports via the RECA recognized iGuide measurement platform exclusively so you can rest assured that your property is measured accurately and correctly within the current standards set by the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
How do I choose the right photography or media package for my property?
