Trevor Martin is a long-time local Canmore resident and business owner since 2004 and professional commercial photographer & cinematographer dating back to 1997. Trevor has a dynamic background in new home residential development design and sales, residential real estate sales as well as commercial photography and professional cinematography. Trevor's professional resume includes estate-level residential sales in Canmore, residential photography, published commercial photography in Canada, United States and Mexico as well as a large number of film and television cinematography productions including Oscar Award winning motion picture work in Vancouver BC. Trevor is a proud member of the International Photographers Guild and the Professional Photographers of Canada.
Trevor Martin is a licensed Transport Canada certified professional RPA (Drone) pilot and an active member of the Drone Pilots Association of Canada as well as a standing member of the Professional Photographers of Canada guild.

Canmore HD uses the IMS-5 camera exclusively to capture data which is then processed by our highly skilled drafting team to create iGUIDEs that are shared and experienced online.
Floor plan dimensions and square footage accuracy depends on many factors, such as how large a floor plan is or the number of interior walls. You can feel confident in your choice to use Canmore HD and iGUIDE because typical iGUIDE measurement uncertainty, in distance measurement on a floor plan, is 0.5% or better and the corresponding uncertainty in square footage is close to 1% or better. BOMA and Alberta RMS standards stipulate maximum square footage errors of 2% and iGUIDE easily meets these requirements.
